Four Steps to enter a team.
1. Register online. You do not have to pay at that time.
2. Print a team waiver form.
3. Meet with the team and parents to fill
out the waiver.
4. Mail the waiver and fee to:

Payment can be with credit card when you register or send a check with your Team Waiver Form.
