The Perry County Community fund is proud to support Junior Achievement of South Central PA through grant funding! The support offered to Junior Achievement is essential. Because of local giving, they can deliver financial literacy, career readiness and entrepreneurship education to more than 113,000 students across the region. When community members invest in their neighborhoods, they empower young people to envision and build brighter futures right here at home.
Students consistently share how JA programs transform their outlook. One Central Dauphin East High School student reflected, “I think it better prepared me for my future and I have an entirely better understanding of how to become successful due to the REAL LIFE program.” A Susquenita Middle School student added, “I heard from one of the YES! program volunteers that saving your money will benefit me in the future. I will be able to afford the things I need and sometimes buy the things I want.” These are real‐world lessons creating real‐world impact—today and for years to come.
Your support during the Season of Giving allows the Perry County Community Foundation to continue offering aid to nonprofits like Junior Achievement.
